INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR

Job Description

Five Smooth Stones Audio Video & More has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC). This is an Entry-Level position.

Position Description: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. ISC will greet walk-in customers, answer basic questions, gather customer information and connect them with one of our sales & design associates, plus additional duties & tasks below.

Duties & Daily Tasks:

  • Greet walk-in customers warmly and gather information

  • Conduct basic showroom / design studio tours & demonstrate systems

  • Refer walk-in customers to a sales & design associate

  • Receive and process new homebuyer information via email and enter customer info into our data systems (Quickbooks & Zoho CRM)

  • Contact new customers by email / phone and schedule their technology design appointment (this is NOT telemarketing - our customers already know they will be meeting with us as part of their new home construction process)

  • Contact scheduled sales appointments and confirm scheduled meetings with sales associates

  • Maintain customer status in the sales process (to be contacted, appt scheduled, appt completed, project documented, job pack completed)

  • Make followup calls to verify customer satisfaction

  • Provide support to the sales team

  • Assist sales team with job documentation

  • Maintain accurate data in our data systems

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls

  • Additional tasks as needed in the sales support role

Skills & Proficiencies Required

  • Friendly, outgoing personality is a MUST!

  • Must enjoy and help create FUN at work

  • Dependable & prompt

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and email are required

  • Willing to learn

  • Willing to offer feedback & input on how we can improve

  • Attention to detail & must be precise in tasks assigned to you

  • Able to follow & execute specific instructions under minimal supervision

  • Microsoft Office applications

  • Google Chrome & Gmail

  • Zoho CRM, Quickbooks, iPoint (experience a plus, but not required - we’ll teach you!)
